The Impact of Store Image and Store Satisfaction in Determining Consumers’ Loyalty toward Convenience Stores in Indonesia

چکیده

This research was conducted to assess and determine how both store image satisfaction could affect people’s or consumers’ level of loyalty toward convenience stores in Indonesia, particularly during the current COVID-19 pandemic which had inadvertently made business environment Indonesia be full uncertainty. The sampling method chosen implemented this study ensure that all respondents who participated satisfied conformed with criteria set study, which, should those live who’ve purchased any kind products at least 5 times from located within Jabodetabek area for past 6 months. Moreover, using questionnaires obtain data required respondents, a total 250 227 been deemed valid usable, thus confirming these will further analyzed PLS-SEM relationships between variables assessed discussed study. After thoroughly examining analyzing dataPenelitian ini dilakukan guna menentukan bagaimana pengaruh yang diberikan oleh dan terhadap tingkat loyalitas konsumen sektor ritel minimarket (convenience stores) di terutama masa pandemi secara tidak langsung telah membuat dunia ataupun bisnis menjadi penuh dengan ketidakpastian. Adapun dipilih sebagai metode pada studi memastikan bahwa memang seluruh responden berpartisipasi penelitian memenuhi persyaratan kriteria ditetapkan, dimana adalah warga pernah berbelanja apapun daerah minimal kali dalam kurun waktu bulan terakhir. kuesioner digunakan ini, dari sebanyak disebarkan kepada responden, dinyatakan serta dapat untuk dianalisis lebih lanjut ini. setelah menganalisis menggunakan PLS-SEM, peneliti menyimpulkan berperan positif signifikan memengaruhi ada Indonesia., researchers would like conclude were found as two positively significantly affected state pandemic.
